Grethe Whitman

Grethe Whitman began her Dental Career as a Dental Hygienist. She followed a dream she had in junior high school of becoming a Dental Hygienist. Every office was a new adventure, opportunity for change, and a step forward. She had the honor of studying under Linda Miles and completing the Mastery Program at the Schuster Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. Grethe has said many times the Schuster program took her to a new level personally and professionally. Grethe’s last clinical position was as a Treatment Co-ordinator in a very high end esthetic practice. She created a wellness program for her patients and developed a “unique” new patient experience focused on patient education and patient interaction. This practice had cutting edge technology that she was able to integrate into her appointments. Along, with being a Treatment Co-ordinator, Grethe was able to share her knowledge and expertise in other offices as a consultant and had the occasion to write and speak for dental manufactures. Working with dental technology gave Grethe 2 new opportunities. She became an in-office trainer for Dexis Digital Radiography. Then, she became a Technology Sales Representative for Patterson Dental Company in 2005. Grethe switched to CAD/CAM in 2008. As a Cerec Specialist, she has sold and supported Digital Dentistry for eight years. The beginning of 2016 and Touchdentology created a new opportunity for Grethe. She was able to get back to her roots in education and Hygiene. She was Director of Sales and Training for this amazing new company focused on “apps” for the dental patient and office. Currently, Grethe has her own company called “TOOTHWIZE”. She is an Independent Representative for several companies focused on Training, Sales, and Coaching. Her passion for dentistry is so obvious in her work. Grethe resides in Tega Cay, South Carolina. She’s married with 2 grown children and 2 dogs that are her babies now.
